Client Executive - commission-only contract, remote working, outside IR35.
Position Overview: The commission-only, contract Client Executive is responsible for driving client and revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. These roles are ideal for highly motivated and results-driven individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment. Client Executives will work independently to achieve new clients and business revenue and will be compensated solely through commissions based on generated revenue.

These opportunities would complement individuals already working a part-time or possibly full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
-
Identify potential clients through various channels which can include (but are not limited to) cold calling, networking, social media and online research.

Develop and maintain in Cumulus IT tools a pipeline of qualified leads.

Client Presentations and Negotiations:
-
Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations (if applicable) to prospective clients.

Negotiate terms and close client deals.

Client Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Provide ongoing support and follow-up to address client needs and concerns.

Market Research and Analysis:
-
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Provide feedback and insights to the client team and management to improve new client and business strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:
-
Maintain accurate records within Cumulus IT tools of activities undertaken, client interactions, and new client / business details.

Prepare regular reports on related metrics and progress.
-
Definition of the Client Executive's contracted work package(s) detailing agreed tasks to be completed within the work package timeframe.

Provision to Cumulus IT of a monthly report identifying progress of work package delivery and next month's deliverables (if applicable).

Qualifications:

Proven experience in development of new clients and business.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive.
-
Strong social media marketing and promotion skills.
-
Familiarity with CRM software and processes is a plus.

Compensation:
-
This is a commission-only role with no base salary.
-
Commissions will be paid after receipt of client payments and are based upon an agreed percentage of revenue generated.

Scope of Work:

The Client Executive will focus on new clients and generating business revenue aligned to the Cumulus IT services outlined on our home page. These include but are not limited to:

Promoting our free initial IT consultation

Undertaking of IT maturity assessment

Cloud adoption
-
AI services
-
Application cloud readiness
-
FinOps
-
Managed Services
-

Regularly report progress and activities to the Cumulus IT client team and management.

Work Environment:

This role offers flexibility in terms of work location and hours.
-
The Client Executive will work remotely with possible, very occasional travel to the company's office, depending on business needs.
